What a cross section of properties I checked out last week.......$2.3M Cayuga Lake property, 230 feet on the west side~$10K/foot, TC assmt ~$1.5K/foot, a bit much................50 acres in Trumansburg, fields and some woods...............double wide in Dryden..............and a few income properties downtown Ithaca. AH, variety is the spice. New listing in Fall Creek gone already. Many new listings on the market stipulating preferred closings in June, July & August - seems like they are coming on earlier this year, more time to find that buyer...........good idea
